Positive: Location, atmosphere that beat ALL the disadvantages.
Negative: Clean but uncomfortable bed (absolutely unsuitable for sleeping on "stomach"), creaking floor (imlossible to move around without waking up your partner), one electrical outlet protruding from the wall, general wear and tear, loosy breakfast (dry bakery and really terrible coffee), 3 bulbs not working in our room, once chipped mug for breakfast, etc. We found a small part of a childish ring/neclace that doesn't belong to us on the floor last day (God knows how long it has been there) - these are small details that make the whole picture.

Positive: A truly wonderful castle stay, made even more special by the warm and gracious hospitality of the castellan, Mr. Bauer. Our visit felt like stepping back in time — a unique and memorable experience. The peaceful surroundings, stunning views, fresh air, and the nearby lake all added to the charm. For nature lovers, there are also plenty of scenic hiking trails in the area. A perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and a touch of history.

Positive: This is a very old castle on the edge of the little lake with beautiful vintage charm. You almost feel like on the film set. Considering the building is very old, the rooms are comfortable. Quite spacious with many original features. Don’t expect super clean modern comfort but beds are a good size and comfortable. We loved old staircases and mysterious corridors. Staff is very friendly! We arrived late, after midnight and hotel got system in place for secure self check in Breakfast is excellent. Freshly prepared by staff. No self service non-sense Our teenagers, particularly loved this place! We will be back
Negative: Bathrooms are well functioning and specious but can benefit from design upgrade to fit old castle style
